Today we learned about Jesus getting baptized in Matthew 3. We tried to help our preschoolers understand that Jesus is God’s Son.

They definitely understand the idea of being someone’s child and know the importance of being loved by their parents. So this lesson helped them learn that Jesus was a real person with a Father that loved him very much, and Jesus’ Father was God. Today started a new memory verse for the month of January. Ask your child if they can remember any of the motions.
