Today we learned about how God wanted Joshua to become the leader of Israel. He was afraid, but God told him to be strong and courageous. Your child got to remind Joshua to be strong and courageous throughout the lesson. We emphasized that God is always with us, no matter what. Make sure you check out the heart necklace your child made in class and ask if they can recall the story from class.
