In your preschooler’s class today, we explored the Beatitudes found in Matthew 5. We learned that choosing good attitudes and actions are pleasing to God. In turn, God blesses them for those choices, and following Jesus will make them happy. This isn’t a happiness that goes away soon; it’s a deep abiding joy that comes from God’s blessings. This is best understood in terms of happiness for preschoolers. We helped them understand that God is happy when they obey him. Check to see if your child is able to remember their memory verse for this month!
