“Back to School Blessing”

Gather your child’s school supplies and let each family member pick up an item. Pray for the child and the item — that God would bless them, keep them safe and use them to spread the love of God wherever they go. Pray that every time the child uses their pencil, crayons, notebook, backpack, etc. that God would help them do their best and be a great example of Christ’s character.

You can have this moment whether your child attends a public school, private school, Christian school, homeschool or preschool.

If your younger child is not yet attending a school, have them pick out some favorite toys that together you can pray over when they get together with friends.
