This week’s FAMILY DEVOTIONAL ACTIVITY is fun for the whole family!

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Gallon Ziplock Bags
• Foods: applesauce, pudding cups, trail mix, beef jerky, water bottle, etc.
• Toiletries: baby wipes, chapstick, lotion, sunscreen, toothbrush, toothpaste, hand warmers
• an encouraging note for each bag

WHAT YOU DO: Take a few gallon Ziplock bags and fill them with food, toiletries, and water. Keep a few of these care packages in your car. When you are driving with your kids, if you come across someone at a stoplight or an intersection who is homeless or in need, have your kids hand a care package to them out of the window.

PURPOSE: Be more like the good Samaritan and go outside to help others who are in need. Show them the love of Jesus, and remember that we can share our gifts and talents with those who need it.
