During Moses’ time, God’s people were trapped into slavery, and didn’t think they had a hope of being free. It took Moses leading the people out of a difficult situation, and seeing God part the waters of the Red Sea, before they experienced freedom. We emphasized that story on Sunday to teach children that we can be free, because Christ has lead us out of a life of sin and into true freedom!
