(Luke 4:40 NASB) While the sun was setting, all those who had any who were sick with various diseases brought them to Him; and laying His hands on each one of them, He was healing them.
–> Jesus is a healer who expresses love to the most despised sick ones.
(Mark 5:2-5) When Jesus got out of the boat, a man with an impure spirit came from the tombs to meet him. This man lived in the tombs, and no one could bind him anymore, not even with a chain. For he had often been chained hand and foot, but he tore the chains apart and broke the irons on his feet. No one was strong enough to subdue him. Night and day among the tombs and in the hills he would cry out and cut himself with stones.

–> The Jesus community requires that we do not discount those suffering with mental health issues.
(1 Corinthians 12:26) If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it.
STEPS AHEAD
–> Change your expectations.
(John 16:33) I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.
–> Let the doctors and the counselors do their job.
(Proverbs 11:14 NKJV) Where there is no counsel, the people fall; But in the multitude of counselors there is safety.
(Proverbs 12:15) The way of fools seems right to them, but the wise listen to advice.
–> A diagnosis is not the end.
