We would love to meet you sometime soon! In the meantime, check out the video below. Any questions you may have about River City Church should be answered below. Thanks again for stopping by. We hope to see you soon!
WHAT TYPE OF CHURCH IS RIVER CITY CHURCH?
River City Church is all about seeing waves of people be transformed by the love of God, and helping people find and follow Jesus. We believe it is possible for church to be the highlight of the week for the entire family. This happens when we focus everything on Jesus, connect in community, and learn straight from the Bible.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
River City Church is a church for everyone. You’ll find everything from casual clothes to business suits at our weekend services. We encourage people to come in what is comfortable for you.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN WHEN I VISIT FOR THE FIRST TIME?
If you are visiting for the first time, we will not embarrass you, have you stand up, or ask you to give money. We know that many people want to check out the church and “be anonymous” for a while—and that’s fine with us! Come in, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, and see if this is the church for you.
WHAT IS A SERVICE LIKE?
Each Sunday at River City Church you’ll find a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with engaging, dynamic worship music and a practical, relevant, Christ-centered message. You’ll also find sermon notes in your bulletin that will help you make the most of each week’s teaching.
HOW CAN I MEET OTHERS AND GET CONNECTED?
River City Church is all about connecting with God and each other. There are three main ways to get connected: attend a service, join a Life Group, and visit Growth Track. Life Groups are designed for relational connection and ongoing spiritual growth. Growth Track focuses on discovering your purpose and making a difference. If you haven’t already, why not take the first step and join us for a service.
WHAT ABOUT MY CHILDREN?
There are many ways to get involved. Life Groups is the best way to connect to people at River City Church. You can connect more deeply with the church by attending Growth Track the first four Sundays of each month. In each of these, you can build friendships, learn more about the life of our church, and have the opportunity to grow in your faith.
