Anytime we go through a difficult season in life, we have the tendency to pull back and isolate ourselves from others. Whether that is out of embarrassment or the fact that we don’t “want to bother people with my problems,” – but pulling away from others is the last thing we should do when we are hurting.
God created human beings as relational creatures. Not only is it important to maintain a strong relationship with God, but it is equally important to maintain strong relationships with people.
In this week’s service, the children learned all about the story of the man who was deaf and mute that was brought to Jesus by his friends — and then, Jesus healed the man in a unique way! God will use our friends and family to be a blessing in our time of need.
