Dear River City Church,

I wanted to check in with you again via this email method and let you know about what’s happening for church with River City Church this week. You can see my FaceBook video all about this week here. You’ll especially want to know that LifeGroups will continue to meet at each group’s discretion, including on Wednesday night, but that we will not have any RCKids ministry happening (0yo-5th grade). We will gather together LIVE, ONLINE this week, and you can join us at or on Facebook at This week we will start a new series called, “There’s Power in the Blood.”

As we each navigate this strange new world, I wanted to let you know that the River City Church Board and our pastoral leadership team are processing changes prayerfully, asking God to guide us and give us wisdom each step of the way.

In this time of many unknowns, let’s cling to WHAT WE DO KNOW IS TRUE. God is bigger than anything we face, and we put all of our hope in his power and love. Your church’s leadership is regularly praying over and staying informed about the situation in the Greater Lafayette community and our state. Our staff is working harder than ever, determined not to squander the unique opportunities we’ve been given to share the gospel like never before.

As we go forward, I want to strongly encourage you to do a few things.

· Continue to practice all of the personal safety protocols outlined by the health authorities.

· Keep reaching out to your neighbors and friends and check in regularly with them. We encourage you to share the links above for joining our weekend services with your neighbors. Let’s share the strength of worshiping together with those nearest to us, inviting them into our homes.

· Keep being generous! I’ve mentioned several times how much I appreciate the generosity of our church. Your giving through this time of uncertainty in our society increases the ways we can, together, make waves in our community by responding to needs that arise. You can setup one-time and recurring giving at If you need assistance setting up online giving or accessing our online services, Pastor Todd can assist you. Feel free to contact him at Of course you can always mail your contributions to 108 Beck Lane, Lafayette, IN 47909 or drop something in the offering box in the lobby. Our office will continue to be open normal hours (9am-4:30pm M-TH) for now.

· Get connected online! Going forward, I will continue to send a weekly update using this email method, but my staff and I are regularly posting video updates to Facebook and other social media platforms. If you need help connecting online, let us know!

Now, more than ever, is our time to shine the love of God as brightly as possible so that those walking in darkness can find their way to HIM.

Praying for you & still loving being your pastor,

Robby Bradford

Lead Pastor
